Operating Partners Program

Milestone Partners has been providing capital to privately-owned businesses and their shareholders since 1995 to support ownership transitions, management buyouts, recapitalizations and growth. Milestone is currently investing in new platforms through Milestone Partners III, LP (formed in 2008) and continues to make selective add-on and follow-on investments through Milestone Partners II, LP (formed in 2004). Milestone has maintained its focus over the years and has become a recognized leader in partnering with management teams to acquire controlling interests in companies with values of up to $150 million. The firm's success can largely be attributed to a core understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing companies in the lower middle market, and assisting those companies in reaching their potential.

Milestone desires to invest alongside seasoned management teams seeking to grow their businesses and accumulate wealth. Milestone focuses on making investments in companies in the lower end of the middle market, defined as companies with annual revenues of $15 to $150 million and stable cash flow of $3 to $20 million per year.
