Mr. Proctor joined Milestone Partners in 2010 after spending nine years as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Wind River Holdings. While at Wind River, Mr. Proctor spent three years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, a Wind River Holdings operating company. Prior to Wind River, Mr. Proctor was First Vice President of Investment Banking with Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC in Philadelphia, where he provided financing and M&A advisory services for a broad range of middle market companies. Mr. Proctor has a BSc. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MSE in the EMTM program at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Proctor has also completed executive education programs in strategy and change management.
