Four Sale Transactions
- Avure Food sold to John Bean Technologies Corporation in February for $57 million
- Quintus Technologies sold to Kobe Steel, Ltd. in April for $115 million
- PPHC sold to AK Steel in August for $360 million
- eCommission sold to Lightyear Capital LLC in August for an undisclosed amount
Two New Major Investments
- PayLink merged with Omnisure Group in April
- Occasion Brands was recapitalized in partnership with management in June
Formalized Our Integrated Operating Approach
- Financial Services: Retained Steve Goldstein as a Senior Operating Partner
- Tech-Driven Manufacturing: Retained Jim Finley as a Senior Operating Partner
- Tech-Enabled Solutions: Hired Paul Slaats as an Investment/Operating Partner
