Experience
Prior to joining Milestone, Brian was a member of the corporate finance team at Sonepar USA, where he worked on mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic projects. Previously, he was an investment banking Associate with SSG Capital Advisors, where he advised middle-market companies primarily on M&A and capital raising transactions. Brian started his career as a private equity fund investment Analyst at Hamilton Lane, where he conducted due diligence on private equity funds across various strategies.

Brian graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Business & Economics with a major in Finance.
Personal
Brian is a Philadelphia-area native, now residing in the western suburbs after many years of living in the city. He enjoys running and strength training, reading about Philosophy and American history, and attending stand-up comedy shows. He also enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant restaurant scene and considers himself something of a home chef.
